Risk disclaimer
Last updated November 2026. Template text — have it reviewed by counsel for your jurisdiction before mainnet launch.
Participating in token sales is extremely risky. You can lose all of the ETH you contribute.
- Project risk — PONSTIER reviews submissions for completeness, not for merit. Approval or featuring is not an endorsement. Projects can fail, be abandoned or be fraudulent.
- Smart-contract risk — contracts can contain bugs. The PONSTIER contracts have not yet been independently audited.
- Market risk — tokens may have no liquidity and no market price; a fixed sale price is not a valuation.
- Network risk — Robinhood Chain, RPC providers or wallets can experience outages, congestion or reorganisations.
- Ranking risk — community scores are opinions that can be uninformed, coordinated or manipulated. They are not investment signals.
- Regulatory risk — token sales may be restricted or prohibited where you live.
Only contribute what you can afford to lose entirely, and do your own research.
