By using PONSTIER you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the interface.

The service

PONSTIER provides a web interface to smart contracts on Robinhood Chain and an offchain community ranking service. PONSTIER does not custody your assets; transactions are signed by you in your own wallet.

Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for your wallet, keys and every transaction you sign. PONSTIER will never ask for your seed phrase or private key.
  • You must comply with the laws that apply to you, including restrictions on participating in token sales.
  • Project owners are solely responsible for the accuracy of their submissions and for the projects they launch.
  • You must not submit unlawful, infringing, misleading or abusive content, or attempt to manipulate rankings.

No advice

Nothing on PONSTIER — including rankings, scores, featured placements and statistics — is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Rankings are community opinions.

Moderation

PONSTIER may reject or remove project listings, hide rankings and restrict access to the interface. Onchain contracts operate according to their code.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Smart contracts may contain bugs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PONSTIER is not liable for losses arising from your use of the service.
